| Launch of NectarDirect 3rd August, 2006
Nectar International Ltd today launched NectarDirect, a new on-line shopping service for both consumers and traders.
This new service provides clients from anywhere in the world* the flexibility of ordering Nectar products from where-ever and when-ever its suits them.
NectarDirect provides multiple sales channels including mail-order, telephone and internet shopping via www.nectardirect.com.
Clients from around the world have been anxiously waiting for this new service

|  | To ensure customers receive the goods they require in good time, stock is provided directly from the Nectar factory in Ireland and orders are usually despatched the same day as they are received. In addition there are no minimum-order constraints so people are free to order as little as 1 or as many as 1000 of their favourite items!
With over 300 different products on offer this is the first time customers have had the opportunity to view full details of the entire Nectar product range in one place.
The on-line shopping service was developed using HSBC's Secure ePayments service which has enabled NectarDirect.com to securely process customers credit and debit card orders.
